Product overview
This product is oil-filled sealing type. The theory is the same with that of closed-type power transformer. The basic elements of amorphous alloy are iron, nickel, cobalt, silicon, boron, carbon and so on. It is a kind of isotropic soft magnetic material with low magnetic power and without structure defect which hinders the movement of domain wall. It is extremely thin, only 0.027mm. The filling coefficient is as smaller as 0.75-0.8, the specific resistance is high which is about 3-6 times of that of silicon steel plate and the hardness of it is 5 times of that of silicon steel sheet. Amorphous alloy materials are highly profitable.
Load loss of SH15-M-30~2500/6~10 series products is decreased by 15% compared to the standard value set forth in GB/T 6451. The no-load loss is decreased by 70% compared to the standard value set forth in GB/T6541. The standard JB/T10318-2002 Technical Parameters of Oil-immersed Amorphous Alloy Core DistributionTransformers is executed.
